अक्षयं लभते दाता जन्मकोटिशतान्प्रति । स्वाध्यायनिरतो विप्रो यः पठेत्पाठयेत्परान्

akṣayaṃ labhate dātā janmakoṭiśatānprati | svādhyāyanirato vipro yaḥ paṭhetpāṭhayetparān

Pemberi sedekah memperoleh ganjaran akṣaya, tidak berkurang, sepanjang ratusan krore kelahiran. Dan brāhmaṇa yang tekun dalam svādhyāya—yang membaca atau menyuruh orang lain membacanya—juga meraih pahala yang sama.
