लोकेषु धर्मवृत्तेषु प्रवृत्तेष्वाश्रमेषु च । प्रजारक्षणयुक्तेषु राजमानेषु राजसु

lokeṣu dharmavṛtteṣu pravṛtteṣvāśrameṣu ca | prajārakṣaṇayukteṣu rājamāneṣu rājasu

Apabila di dunia orang ramai berpegang pada laku dharma, apabila āśrama (tahap kehidupan) diamalkan dengan giat, dan apabila para raja memerintah dengan kewajiban melindungi rakyat—maka kerajaan itu benar-benar bersinar.
