FAQs

Puṣpaka is the celebrated vimāna (aerial chariot/vehicle) known from Rāma narratives; here it is recalled as a vehicle that can be summoned through focused intention (dhyāna) and then mounted.

The sequence “meditated upon (dhyātvā) … and mounted” suggests efficacy of concentrated mind and divine sanction—common Purāṇic motifs where rightful figures accomplish extraordinary acts without mechanical description.

The epithet frames the hero not only as a powerful actor but as a source of filial joy and righteousness—highlighting ideal conduct (dharma) and affectionate family-centered virtue alongside royal capability.
