राम उवाच । अहं तस्याः समीपं तु मातृदर्शनकांक्षया । गमिष्ये राक्षसेंद्र त्वं शीघ्रं याहि ममाग्रतः

rāma uvāca | ahaṃ tasyāḥ samīpaṃ tu mātṛdarśanakāṃkṣayā | gamiṣye rākṣaseṃdra tvaṃ śīghraṃ yāhi mamāgrataḥ

Rama berkata: "Kerana ingin melihat ibuku, aku akan segera pergi kepadanya. Wahai raja Raksasa, pergilah dengan cepat di hadapanku."
