Puṣkara Sacrifice: Gāyatrī’s Marriage, Sāvitrī’s Wrath, Rudra’s Test, and the Tīrtha-Māhātmya

विरिञ्चिं संहिताजाप्यैस्तोषयंतोऽग्रतः स्थिताः । तुष्टस्तानब्रवीद्ब्रह्मा मत्तोपि व्रियतां वरः

viriñciṃ saṃhitājāpyaistoṣayaṃto'grataḥ sthitāḥ | tuṣṭastānabravīdbrahmā mattopi vriyatāṃ varaḥ

Berdiri di hadapan Virinci (Brahmā), mereka menyenangkan Baginda dengan japa saṁhitā suci yang diulang-ulang. Setelah berkenan, Brahmā berkata kepada mereka: “Pilihlah juga suatu anugerah daripadaku.”
