तपःक्लिष्टशरीरोति श्रद्धावाननसूयकः । एवं वर्षसहस्रैकं संजातं तस्य धीमतः

tapaḥkliṣṭaśarīroti śraddhāvānanasūyakaḥ | evaṃ varṣasahasraikaṃ saṃjātaṃ tasya dhīmataḥ

Tubuhnya susut kerana tapa, namun dia tetap penuh śraddhā dan bebas daripada iri hati. Demikianlah, bagi insan bijaksana itu, genap seribu tahun berlalu.
