Concept: When dharma is performed impeccably, the cosmos responds: gods gather, and the highest divine principles (Brahmā and Maheśvara with Devī) manifest as witnesses—affirming that righteous action is never unseen.

Application: Do sacred duties with the conviction that unseen witnesses exist—act as if the divine is present in your home and choices; cultivate purity of intention and consistency.

FAQs

The verse states that all the Devas (gods), along with the Gandharvas, assemble and arrive in their vimānas (celestial vehicles).

It indicates Maheśvara (Śiva) in union/association with Devī (Śakti), emphasizing the inseparable Śiva–Śakti theological motif.

The line suggests a narrative voice describing divine manifestation(s)—assuming the form of Brahmā and also appearing as Maheśvara with Devī—highlighting Purāṇic themes of divine presence and multi-form theophany. Identifying the exact speaker requires surrounding verses.
