The Tale of Sukalā: Testing Pativratā Fidelity and the Body-as-House Teaching

तास्तु सख्यो वरा नार्यो हर्षेण महतान्विताः । श्रुत्वा धर्मं परं पुण्यं नारीणां गतिदायकम्

tāstu sakhyo varā nāryo harṣeṇa mahatānvitāḥ | śrutvā dharmaṃ paraṃ puṇyaṃ nārīṇāṃ gatidāyakam

Para sahabatnya—wanita-wanita mulia—dipenuhi kegembiraan besar, kerana mereka telah mendengar dharma yang luhur lagi suci, yang mengurniakan haluan (gati) bagi kaum wanita.
