The Consecration (Anointing) of Indra

भगवन्दीयतां पुत्रः सुरेंद्रपदभोजकः । चिंतयित्वा क्षणं विप्रस्तामुवाच मनस्विनीम्

bhagavandīyatāṃ putraḥ sureṃdrapadabhojakaḥ | ciṃtayitvā kṣaṇaṃ viprastāmuvāca manasvinīm

Wahai wanita yang dimuliakan, semoga dikurniakan kepadamu seorang putera—yang akan mencapai teratai kaki Tuhan para dewa. Setelah berfikir sejenak, sang brāhmaṇa berkata demikian kepada wanita yang teguh hati itu.
