FAQs

The speaker is Kaśyapa. The verse praises the listeners for being established in truth (satyadharma) and links successful outcomes to divine/elder grace (prasāda) and the power of austerity (tapas).

It presents truthfulness as a steady ethical foundation and tapas as a spiritual force that amplifies merit and effectiveness—together supported by prasāda (grace).

Consistent truthfulness is portrayed as a lived dharma, and disciplined effort (tapas) combined with humility and receptivity to guidance/grace leads to auspicious results.
