Unspecified narrator/sage addressing a king (bhūpati)

Concept: Mahā-dāna of fine garments with gold yields specific puṇya-phala; generosity is treated as a precise spiritual technology with describable outcomes.

Application: Give high-quality essentials (clothing, resources) with sincerity; avoid token charity—Padma’s ethic favors ‘su-caila’ (good cloth) rather than leftovers.

Primary Rasa: shanta

Secondary Rasa: adbhuta

Visual Art Cues: {"scene_description":"In a palace courtyard turned into a dharma-sabhā, a king listens as a sage gestures toward a neatly folded set of pristine garments laid atop a golden tray.
