FAQs

It declares Pañcanada as a sin-destroying tīrtha because it is directly marked by Hari’s divine act—his five awe-inspiring nādas—making the place spiritually potent for purification.

By centering the tīrtha’s power on Hari’s presence and action, the verse points to Vishnu-bhakti: remembrance of Hari and reverence for his līlā-connected places become means of inner cleansing and merit.

No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught; the practical takeaway is tīrtha-dharma—undertaking pilgrimage with faith (śraddhā), engaging in purificatory acts like snāna and darśana, as prescribed in Purāṇic ritual culture.
