Prayaga-mahatmya

Glory of Prayaga and the Magha Bath at Triveni

तावद्वर्षसहस्राणि स्वर्गलोके महीयते । यत्रासौ लभते जन्म सा गौस्तत्राभिजायते ॥ ११९ ॥

tāvadvarṣasahasrāṇi svargaloke mahīyate | yatrāsau labhate janma sā gaustatrābhijāyate || 119 ||

Selama ribuan tahun sebanyak itu, seseorang dimuliakan di alam syurga. Dan di mana pun dia kelak lahir semula, lembu itu juga lahir di tempat yang sama.
