संगमे देवनद्योश्च यः स्नात्वा मनुजः शुभे । अर्चयेत्संगमेशानं तस्य जन्मभयं कुतः ॥ ६४ ॥
saṃgame devanadyośca yaḥ snātvā manujaḥ śubhe | arcayetsaṃgameśānaṃ tasya janmabhayaṃ kutaḥ || 64 ||
Wahai wanita yang mulia, jika seseorang mandi di pertemuan sungai-sungai ilahi dan menyembah Tuhan Saṅgameśāna (Śiva, Penguasa pertemuan), bagaimana mungkin masih ada ketakutan akan kelahiran semula?

It teaches that tīrtha-snāna at a sacred river-confluence, coupled with worship of Saṅgameśvara (Śiva), is a mokṣa-oriented act that dispels the fear of saṃsāra—symbolized here as “fear of birth.”
