Saṃdhyāvalī-ākhyāna
Mohinī-parīkṣā; Dvādaśī-vrata-mahattva
इहार्थं श्रूयते भद्रे इतिहासः पुरातनः । कथयिष्यामि ते भद्रे सावधाना श्रुणुष्व मे ॥ १६ ॥
ihārthaṃ śrūyate bhadre itihāsaḥ purātanaḥ | kathayiṣyāmi te bhadre sāvadhānā śruṇuṣva me || 16 ||
Dalam hal ini, wahai yang dikasihi, ada sebuah kisah suci purba yang didengar turun-temurun. Aku akan menceritakannya kepadamu, wahai yang dikasihi—dengarlah aku dengan penuh perhatian.
