Mokṣopāya: Bhakti-rooted Jñāna and the Aṣṭāṅga Yoga of Viṣṇu-Meditation
दानानि यज्ञा विविधास्तीर्थयात्रादयः कृताः । येन जन्मसहस्त्रेषु तस्य भक्तिर्भवेद्धरौ ॥ २८ ॥
dānāni yajñā vividhāstīrthayātrādayaḥ kṛtāḥ | yena janmasahastreṣu tasya bhaktirbhaveddharau || 28 ||
Sedekah, pelbagai jenis yajña, ziarah ke tīrtha (tempat penyeberangan suci) dan amalan seumpamanya—semuanya telah dilakukan oleh seseorang itu dalam ribuan kelahiran; dengan jasa itulah bhakti kepada Hari (Viṣṇu) pun bangkit.
