Gṛhastha-nitya-karman: Śauca, Sandhyā-vidhi, Pañca-yajña, and Āśrama-krama
एवं ध्यात्वा जपेत्तिष्ठन्प्रातर्मध्याह्नके तथा । सायंकाले समासीनो भक्त्या तद्गतमानसः ॥ ५८ ॥
evaṃ dhyātvā japettiṣṭhanprātarmadhyāhnake tathā | sāyaṃkāle samāsīno bhaktyā tadgatamānasaḥ || 58 ||
Setelah bermeditasi demikian, hendaklah dia mengulang japa mantra sambil berdiri pada waktu pagi dan demikian juga pada tengah hari; dan pada waktu petang, duduk dengan bhakti, meneguhkan minda tenggelam pada Dia (Tuhan).
