सुरापयोषित्संयोगः सुरापानसमः स्मृतः । यः शूद्रेण समाहतो भोजनं कुरुते द्विजः ॥ ३२ ॥

surāpayoṣitsaṃyogaḥ surāpānasamaḥ smṛtaḥ | yaḥ śūdreṇa samāhato bhojanaṃ kurute dvijaḥ || 32 ||

Bersatu dengan wanita yang berkaitan dengan arak diingat sebagai setara dengan meminum arak. Demikian juga, seorang dvija (dua kali lahir) yang memakan makanan yang telah disentuh/tercemar oleh seorang Śūdra dianggap sama seperti peminum arak.
