Dharmopadeśa-Śānti: Rules of Impurity, Expiations, and Ancestor Rites
चाण्डालपुल्पसानां च भुक्त्वा हत्वा च योषितम् । कृच्छ्रार्ध्दमाचरेज्ज्ञानादज्ञानादैन्दवद्वयम् ॥ २७ ॥
cāṇḍālapulpasānāṃ ca bhuktvā hatvā ca yoṣitam | kṛcchrārdhdamācarejjñānādajñānādaindavadvayam || 27 ||
Jika seseorang telah memakan makanan seorang Caṇḍāla atau kaum Pulpasa, atau telah membunuh seorang wanita—sama ada dengan sengaja atau tidak sengaja—maka hendaklah dia melakukan separuh penebusan Kṛcchra; dan hendaklah juga dia memerhati dua puasa “Aindava” (yang berkaitan dengan bulan).
