शत्रूणां हितकृतद्यस्तु स हन्तव्यो विशेषतः ॥ ९५ ॥

śatrūṇāṃ hitakṛtadyastu sa hantavyo viśeṣataḥ || 95 ||

Namun sesiapa yang bertindak sebagai pembawa manfaat kepada musuh-musuhnya—orang demikian hendaklah ditahan atau dihukum, lebih-lebih lagi.
