अदृष्टपूर्वानादाय भावानपरिशंकितान् । इष्टानिष्टा मनुष्याणां मतं गच्छन्ति रात्रयः ॥ २० ॥
adṛṣṭapūrvānādāya bhāvānapariśaṃkitān | iṣṭāniṣṭā manuṣyāṇāṃ mataṃ gacchanti rātrayaḥ || 20 ||
Malam-malam berlalu, membawa pengalaman yang belum pernah terlihat dan keadaan batin yang tidak disangka; seolah-olah menghadiahkan kepada manusia hasil yang mereka anggap menyenangkan dan tidak menyenangkan.
