निस्तंडुलत्वं लांगूले भवतु ष्टयभीतिदम् । नाभौ वह्निः पचकं यद्बजोप्ताविति चिंतयेत् ॥ १८८ ॥
nistaṃḍulatvaṃ lāṃgūle bhavatu ṣṭayabhītidam | nābhau vahniḥ pacakaṃ yadbajoptāviti ciṃtayet || 188 ||
Hendaklah direnungkan demikian: “Biarlah pada ekor ada keadaan tanpa biji-bijian—itulah sebab ketakutan bagi orang jahat; dan pada pusat (navel) ada api pencernaan, sang pemasak—demikianlah ia ditegakkan.”

While the verse is more yogic/disciplinary than directly devotional, it supports bhakti by encouraging self-control and inner purity—conditions that stabilize the mind for sustained remembrance of the Lord.
It reflects applied knowledge of ritual-yogic contemplation and the traditional understanding of agni (fire) as both external sacrificial fire and internal digestive fire; it is closest to kalpa-style practical discipline rather than grammar or astrology.
