याम्य शृङ्गोन्नतश्चन्द्रः शुभदो मीनमेषयोः । सौम्य शृङ्गोन्नतः श्रेष्ठो नृयुङ्मकरयोस्तथा ॥ १८ ॥

Transliteration

yāmya śṛṅgonnataścandraḥ śubhado mīnameṣayoḥ | saumya śṛṅgonnataḥ śreṣṭho nṛyuṅmakarayostathā || 18 ||

Translation

Apabila Bulan terangkat pada “tanduk selatan”, ia menjadi pembawa keberuntungan bagi Pisces dan Aries. Demikian juga, apabila Bulan terangkat pada “tanduk utara”, ia dianggap paling utama bagi Aquarius dan Capricorn juga.
