Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It sanctifies specific bright-fortnight tithis as cosmically charged beginnings of Yugas, making them especially meritorious for dharma—such as worship, japa, charity, and vrata observance.
By highlighting sacred timings (kāla) for practice, it supports bhakti discipline: devotees intensify Viṣṇu-oriented worship on these auspicious tithis to gain greater spiritual fruit through properly chosen time.
It reflects Jyotiṣa (Vedāṅga astrology/chronology) via tithi and month identification—Kārtika and Mādhava (Vaiśākha), bright fortnight, Navamī and Tṛtīyā—used for planning rites and vratas.
