अर्कभौमदिने षष्ठ्यां नाभ्यंगो वैधृतौ तथा । यः करोति दशम्यां च स्नानमामलकैर्नरः ॥ १४३ ॥
arkabhaumadine ṣaṣṭhyāṃ nābhyaṃgo vaidhṛtau tathā | yaḥ karoti daśamyāṃ ca snānamāmalakairnaraḥ || 143 ||
Pada hari keenam (Ṣaṣṭhī) yang jatuh pada Ahad atau Selasa, dan juga ketika Vaidhṛti-yoga yang tidak baik, janganlah melakukan urutan sapuan minyak. Namun sesiapa yang pada Daśamī (tithi kesepuluh) mandi dengan āmalaka (buah gooseberry India) telah menunaikan mandi penyucian yang ditetapkan.
