मानांतरद्रुद्भूमिः स्यादथोभूनराहतिः । प्रभाप्ता जायते दीपशिखौच्च्यं स्यात्त्रिराशिकात् ॥ ५९ ॥
mānāṃtaradrudbhūmiḥ syādathobhūnarāhatiḥ | prabhāptā jāyate dīpaśikhauccyaṃ syāttrirāśikāt || 59 ||
Apabila satu unit ukuran ditukar kepada unit yang lain, keluasan yang sepadan dapat ditentukan; demikian juga kuantiti hasilnya diperoleh. Daripada cahaya yang didapati, ketinggian nyala pelita dapat dihitung dengan kaedah nisbah tiga (aturan tiga).
