इष्टवगेकृतिश्चेष्टघनोष्टग्रौ च सौककौ । एषीस्यानामुभे व्यक्ते गणिते व्यक्तमेव च ॥ ३४ ॥

Transliteration

iṣṭavagekṛtiśceṣṭaghanoṣṭagrau ca saukakau | eṣīsyānāmubhe vyakte gaṇite vyaktameva ca || 34 ||

Translation

Lagi diajarkan pengelasan yang dikehendaki beserta cara pembinaannya; ukuran gerak dan ketumpatan; peraturan tentang bibir dan tekak; serta dua perkara—eṣī dan īsyā—yang dijelaskan dengan nyata. Dalam ilmu hisab juga, hanya kaedah “yang nyata/tersurat” itulah yang dihuraikan dengan jelas.
