अमादयः समुद्दिष्टाश्चतुर्स्रिंशद्धिशाब्दिकैः । द्विसप्ततिमिता मव्यमुखाश्चोदात्तबंधना ॥ २४ ॥

Maka rangkaian yang bermula dengan “amā” telah dinyatakan oleh para śābdika—berjumlah tiga puluh dua, diungkap dengan istilah teknikal ilmu bunyi. Ia diukur sebagai tujuh puluh dua (unit), bermula dengan suku kata “ma”, dan terikat dengan udātta (nada tinggi).
