न नश्यते सुसूक्ष्मत्वाद्यथा ज्योतिर्न संशयः । प्राणान्धारयते ह्यग्निः स जीव उपधार्यताम् ॥ २५ ॥

na naśyate susūkṣmatvādyathā jyotirna saṃśayaḥ | prāṇāndhārayate hyagniḥ sa jīva upadhāryatām || 25 ||

Kerana ia amat halus, ia tidak binasa—sebagaimana cahaya tidak (binasa); tiada keraguan. Sesungguhnya api menampung nafas-hayat (prāṇa); maka hendaklah difahami bahawa prinsip yang menampung itu ialah jīva, diri hidup yang bersemayam dalam jasad.
