Bhṛgu berkata: Di sini, wujud yang lahir daripada minda dan telah mencapai martabat Brahman; demi menyediakan tempat duduk (āsana) baginya, bumi disebut sebagai “padma”, yakni teratai.
Bhṛgu
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It frames a contemplative cosmology: the realized, mind-born form that reaches Brahmanhood is envisioned as being seated upon a cosmic lotus—identifying Earth itself as that lotus-seat, a symbol of ordered manifestation supporting transcendence.
While not explicitly naming bhakti, it supports devotional visualization (dhyāna) by giving sacred symbolism—seeing the world as a divine lotus-seat for the Supreme—an approach often used to steady devotion and reverence toward Brahman/Vishnu.
This verse is closer to dhyāna and cosmological symbolism than a specific Vedāṅga; practically, it informs ritual/meditative visualization (āsana-bhāvanā) where the lotus (padma) is used as a canonical seat-image in worship and contemplation.
