Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It describes the yogic physiology of prāṇa: when restrained and redirected, it rises upward and intensifies the inner fire, supporting purification and steadiness of mind—key aids in Moksha-dharma practice.
Though technical, it supports Bhakti by emphasizing inner purification and disciplined life-force control; a steadied prāṇa and awakened inner fire help the devotee maintain focused remembrance and worship of the Lord without distraction.
This verse aligns most with practical Yoga/Prāṇāyāma discipline rather than a specific Vedāṅga; it implicitly supports Śikṣā (breath control, phonetic discipline for mantra) by stressing regulated prāṇa that stabilizes mantra-japa and ritual recitation.
