This verse does not describe pralaya directly; it emphasizes the Goddess’s pervasive presence, being revered through many forms and names across the world.
It supports the Purāṇic ideal that householders and rulers maintain dharma through regular devotion (arcana) and respectful recognition of the deity’s many manifestations in ritual and daily life.
Ritually, it highlights nāma-rūpa upāsanā—worship by invoking specific names and forms—an idea used in temple liturgy and iconography where different aspects of the Goddess are installed and praised with appropriate epithets.
