ततो दीर्घतमा नाम शापादृषिरजायत अतो ऽंशजो बृहत्कीर्तिर् बृहस्पतिरिवौजसा //

Transliteration

tato dīrghatamā nāma śāpādṛṣirajāyata ato 'ṃśajo bṛhatkīrtir bṛhaspatirivaujasā //

Translation

Sesudah itu, akibat sumpahan, lahirlah seorang resi bernama Dīrghatamas. Dan daripada keturunannya muncul Bṛhatkīrti yang termasyhur, gagah bersinar seperti Bṛhaspati sendiri.
