Matsya Purana — Dynastic Genealogies: Paurava–Anu Lines
This verse does not discuss pralaya; it highlights a miraculous birth motif (speech from the womb) within a genealogical/narrative context.
Indirectly, it evokes dharma in household conduct—especially the ethical tension implied by akāmā (lack of consent/desire)—while framing the male figure as dharmātmā, a common Purāṇic signal that the broader episode is meant to be read through a moral lens.
No Vāstu, temple-building, or ritual procedure is specified in this verse; it is a narrative detail emphasizing extraordinary circumstances surrounding conception and birth.
