Adhyaya 42Dattatreya on the Yogic Import of Oṃ (Praṇava): Matras, Worlds, and Liberation

प्राप्रोति ब्रह्मणि लयं परमे परमात्मनि ।

अक्षीणकर्मबन्धश्च ज्ञात्वा मृत्युमरिष्टतः ॥

prāproti brahmaṇi layaṃ parame paramātmani /

akṣīṇa-karma-bandhaś ca jñātvā mṛtyum ariṣṭataḥ //

Dia mencapai peleburan ke dalam Brahman—Yang Tertinggi, Diri yang paling luhur. Dan, dengan mengetahui hakikat kematian sebagaimana adanya, dia menjadi teguh dan bebas daripada gentar, walaupun ikatan karma belum sepenuhnya habis.
