‘Kāla’ (time) introduces new agents into a settled scene, a common Purāṇic device: prosperity and play are not static; time brings encounters that redirect destiny.
Carita/ākhyāna (episode narrative) with mythic beings (Nāgas); not directly sarga/pratisarga/manvantara in this unit.
Nāgaloka-to-earth movement can symbolize emergence of subterranean/latent forces (nāga as coiled power) into the visible realm, precipitating transformation in the storyline.
