घष्टागतानि तिष्ठन्ति यत्राण्डानि द्विजोत्तम ।

आजगाम तमुद्देशं शमीको नाम संयमी ॥

ghaṣṭāgatāni tiṣṭhanti yatrāṇḍāni dvijottama |

ājagāma tamuddeśaṃ śamīko nāma saṃyamī ||

“Wahai yang terbaik antara yang dua kali lahir, ke tempat yang sama di mana telur-telur itu telah berhenti dan kekal, ke situlah datang seorang pertapa yang mengekang diri bernama Śamīka.”
