Draupadī’s Lament and Indictment of Misfortune

प्राद्रवन्ना थमिच्छन्ती कृष्णा नाथवती सती । भवनं भीमसेनस्य क्षिप्रमायतलोचना

Transliteration

prādravannātham icchantī kṛṣṇā nāthavatī satī | bhavanaṃ bhīmasenasya kṣipram āyatālocanā ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana berkata: Walaupun dia seorang wanita berbudi dan bukan tanpa pelindung, Kṛṣṇā (Draupadī), mencari seorang juara, berlari pantas—mata panjangnya terbuka luas kerana cemas—menuju ke kediaman Bhīmasena.
