Tīrtha-yātrā: Prayāga-saṅgama and Gayaśiras—Rājarṣi Gaya’s Mahāyajña
त्वया सह महीपाल द्रष्टमिच्छामहे वयम् । यदि ते ब्राह्मणेष्वस्ति काचित् प्रीतिर्जनाधिप
tvayā saha mahīpāla draṣṭum icchāmahe vayam | yadi te brāhmaṇeṣv asti kācit prītir janādhipa ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Wahai raja, kami ingin melihatnya bersama-sama dengan tuanku. Jika tuanku mempunyai walau sedikit pun penghormatan terhadap para brāhmaṇa, wahai penguasa manusia, maka perkenankanlah permohonan ini.”
