Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Wahai tuanku, raja segala gunung! Aku juga dipelihara dengan lembut di pangkuanmu. Seperti anak kecil bernaung nyaman dalam pelukan ayahnya, demikianlah aku bersuka ria dan bermain dalam lindungan dadamu.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights gratitude and the dharmic ideal of protective care: the strong shelter the vulnerable, and the one who has received protection remembers it with humility and reverence, using the father–child embrace as an ethical model of guardianship.
Vaiśaṃpāyana narrates a respectful address to the “king of mountains,” recalling how he was lovingly sheltered in that protector’s lap, like a child in a father’s arms—an image that conveys safety, nurture, and affectionate guardianship.
