एतावदेव पर्याप्तमुपमानं शुचिस्मिते । कर्मणां फलमाप्रोति धीरोडल्पेनापि तुष्यति,पवित्र मुसकानवाली द्रौपदी! इतना ही दृष्टान्त देना पर्याप्त है। धीर पुरुष कर्मोका फल पाता है और थोड़े-से फलसे भी संतुष्ट हो जाता है
etāvad eva paryāptam upamānaṃ śucismite | karmaṇāṃ phalam āpnoti dhīro 'lpene 'pi tuṣyati ||
Yudhiṣṭhira berkata: “Wahai Draupadī yang senyumannya suci dan lembut, cukuplah sekadar ini sebagai perumpamaan. Orang yang teguh memperoleh buah perbuatannya, dan walau sedikit pun tetap berpuas hati.”
