इन्द्रजित् कृतकर्मा च पित्रे कर्म तदा55त्मन: । निवेद्य पुनरागच्छत् त्वरया55जि शिर:प्रति,इन्द्रजितने उस दिन युद्धमें जो पराक्रम कर दिखाया था, अपने उस वीरोचित कर्मको पितासे बताकर वह पुनः युद्धके मुहानेकी ओर लौटने लगा
Indrajit kṛtakarmā ca pitre karma tadātmanaḥ | nivedya punarāgacchat tvarayājī śiraḥprati ||
Mārkaṇḍeya berkata: Indrajit, setelah menyelesaikan perbuatannya, melaporkan kepada ayahandanya akan tindakan gagah berani yang telah dilakukannya pada hari itu. Kemudian, dengan tergesa-gesa, dia kembali menuju ke hadapan medan perang, ingin menyertai pertempuran semula.
