Vaiśaṃpāyana–Janamejaya Narrative

Vaiśampāyana berkata: Dengan kekuatan yang besar, kedua-duanya berulang kali mematahkan pokok-pokok lalu memukul satu sama lain dengannya. Mengaum dan menggelegar seperti dua awan guruh, mereka memenuhi rimba dengan pekik perang ketika bertukar-tukar hentaman.
The verse highlights how unchecked physical power and anger can turn the natural world into a weapon; it implicitly contrasts raw might with the restraint and discernment expected in dharma.
Two immensely strong fighters, in a forest setting, break off trees and use them to strike each other, roaring loudly like thunderclouds as the duel intensifies.
