न तच्छक्यं त्वया द्रष्टं रूपं नान्येन केनचित् । कालावस्था तदा हान्या वर्तते सा न साम्प्रतम्,'भैया! तुम उस स्वरूपको नहीं देख सकते, कोई दूसरा मनुष्य भी उसे नहीं देख सकता। उस समयकी अवस्था कुछ और ही थी, अब वह नहीं है
na tac chakyaṃ tvayā draṣṭuṃ rūpaṃ nānyena kenacit | kālāvasthā tadā hānyā vartate sā na sāmpratam ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Rupa itu tidak dapat engkau lihat—dan tidak juga oleh sesiapa pun yang lain. Keadaan zaman ketika itu berbeza; keadaan yang dahulu telah berlalu dan kini tidak wujud lagi.”
