Udyoga-parva Adhyāya 71 — Kṣatra-dharma Counsel, Public Legitimacy, and Mobilization

विष्वक्सेन कुरून्‌ गत्वा भरताञउ्छमय प्रभो । यथा सर्वे सुमनस: सह स्याम सुचेतस:,विष्वकूसेन प्रभो! आप कुरुदेशमें जाकर भरत-वंशियोंको शान्त कीजिये, जिससे हम सब लोग शुद्ध हृदयसे प्रसन्नचित्त होकर एक साथ रह सकें

Viṣvaksena kurūn gatvā bharatān śamaya prabho | yathā sarve sumanasaḥ saha syāma sucetasaḥ ||

Yudhiṣṭhira berkata: “Wahai tuan Viṣvaksena, pergilah ke negeri Kuru dan damaikan sanak saudara Bharata, agar kita semua dapat hidup bersama—sehati—dengan hati yang disucikan dan fikiran yang tenteram.”
