Svargārohaṇa-parva, Adhyāya 4 — Yudhiṣṭhira’s Vision of the Celestial Assembly

अखिल सहसा राजा प्रष्टमैच्छद् युधिष्ठिर: । ततो<स्य भगवानिन्द्र: कथयामास देवराट्
akhilaṃ sahasā rājā praṣṭum aicchad yudhiṣṭhiraḥ | tato 'sya bhagavān indraḥ kathayāmāsa devarāṭ ||
Raja Yudhiṣṭhira tiba-tiba ingin bertanya tentang segala-galanya dengan lengkap. Lalu Indra yang diberkati, raja para dewa, mula menerangkan semuanya kepadanya—memperkenalkan dan menjelaskan tiap perkara sebelum soalan pun diajukan, bagaikan pembimbing yang penuh belas kasihan kepada pencari pengertian moral.
