राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः

Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures

राजा होवाखिलं लोकं॑ समुदीर्ण समुत्सुकम्‌ । प्रसादयति धर्मेण प्रसाद्य च विराजते

rājā hovākhilaṃ lokaṃ samudīrṇaṃ samutsukam | prasādayati dharmeṇa prasādya ca virājate |

Vasumanā berkata: Raja, dengan memerintah menurut dharma, meraih keredaan seluruh dunia—walaupun manusia sedang bergelora dan resah oleh keinginan yang membara. Setelah menenangkan dan memuaskan mereka, baginda sendiri bersemayam dalam kegembiraan dan bersinar dengan seri kebesaran diraja.
