अध्याय ३५१ — उञ्छवृत्ति-व्रतसिद्धेः मानुषस्य परमगतिः

Sūrya–Nāga Dialogue on the Perfected Gleaner-Ascetic

तस्मिन्मन्वन्तरे चैव मन्वादिगणपूर्वक: । त्वमेव भविता वत्स मत्प्रसादान्न संशय:,“महान्‌ शक्तिशाली मुनीश्वर! जगत्‌में तुम्हारी अनुपम ख्याति होगी। वत्स! जब सूर्यपुत्र शनैश्वर मन्वन्तरके प्रवर्तक हो महामनुके पदपर प्रतिष्ठित होंगे, उस मन्वन्तरमें तुम्हीं मेरे कृपाप्रसादसे मन्वादि गणोंमें प्रधान होओगे। इसमें संशय नहीं है

tasmin manvantare caiva manvādigaṇapūrvakaḥ | tvam eva bhavitā vatsa matprasādān na saṁśayaḥ ||

Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Dalam Manvantara itu juga—di hadapan kumpulan yang bermula dengan Manu—engkau sahaja, wahai anak yang dikasihi, akan menjadi yang terulung, dengan kurniaku; tentang hal ini tiada keraguan.”
