Āścarya-kathana: Brāhmaṇa–Nāga Dialogue on Sūrya (Vivasvat) and the ‘Second Sun’ Phenomenon

Educational Q&A

At the dawn of creation, the ideal age (Kṛta Yuga) is characterized by the natural establishment of dharma; righteousness is not merely taught but becomes pervasive and stable across the worlds, indicating that ethical order is foundational to cosmic order.

Vaiśampāyana describes the primordial commencement of the Kṛta Yuga and states that from that beginning the Sātvata dharma spread everywhere and became firmly established among the worlds.
