Nāga-āyatana-darśana-pratīkṣā — The Brāhmaṇa’s Request and Waiting on the Gomatī

तेन मे कथित: कृत्स्नो धर्म: क्षेत्रज्ञसंज्ञित: । प्रादुर्भावाश्ष कथिता भविष्या इह ये यथा,उन भगवान्‌ श्रीहरिने मुझसे सम्पूर्ण धर्मका वर्णन किया था। क्षेत्रज्षका भी परिचय दिया था और यहाँ भविष्यमें उनके जो अवतार जैसे होनेवाले हैं, उन्हें भी बताया था

tena me kathitaḥ kṛtsno dharmaḥ kṣetrajña-saṃjñitaḥ | prādurbhāvāś ca kathitā bhaviṣyā iha ye yathā ||

Nārada berkata: “Oleh-Nya, seluruh Dharma—yang dikenal sebagai ajaran tentang ‘Yang Mengetahui Medan’ (kṣetrajña)—telah dijelaskan kepadaku dengan lengkap. Baginda juga menerangkan perwujudan-perwujudan yang akan muncul di sini pada masa hadapan, serta bagaimana ia akan terjadi.”
